Trial Lessons
We offer you a free trial lesson for our group lessons. Call for details. You will have to sign a medical waiver before trying a lesson.

Birthday Parties
4 Types of parties to choose from:
Boxing
Kickboxing
Karate
Ninja

Quick view of a Karate Birthday party:
Duration is 1.5 hrs. Starting of with 45 minutes of a Karate class and demonstration (the instructor will battle with your birthday boy/girl and 2 friends, and guess who ends up winning... your little hero). They will learn a little on the history and discipline of Karate with a fun twist. Followed by 45 minutes for cake and juice and opening presents.

The birthday boy/girl will receive a gift, and gets the wood board that is broken for him/her autographed by the instructor. Your guests will be given a free 2-week trial after the party with no expense to you as your gift to them.

The cost for up to 20 kids is $300, for each additional child there will be a $15 additional charge.

We provide the pizza (2 slices per child), 3 bottles of juice, 1 jug of water, paper products, and plastic utensils. No other outside food is allowed.

You are welcome to bring your own cake or cupcakes.

If you want a more cutting edge twist, for $30 extra we can turn your party into a ninja experience. In this party the ninja will attack the party and hold a battle with your birthday boy/girl and 2 friends and guess who ends up winning...your little hero.

We require a $100 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations require a 2-weeks notice. If you need to change the date of the party, you are allowed to change it once to another available date at no charge no less than 7 days before, but next time a fee of $25 will be charged.

Waivers will need to be signed for adults and children. They do not expire.
